Soft and Sweet French Park Wedding

Uncategorized

filed in:

The French House, located in Amberley Village, is one of my favorite Cincinnati wedding venues (I may be a bit biased since I was married there ;).  The historic home on top of acres of green space and lush foliage paints the perfect backdrop for a romantic wedding.

Scott and Megan wanted to keep the aesthetics of their wedding soft and natural, making a smooth transition from a ceremony in the garden to underneath the white tent for dinner and dancing.  The hanging floral chandelier created a beautiful statement piece for overtop of the King’s table for the bridal party and their dates.

The ceremony took place in the sunken garden at The French House.  We love this spot for an intimate ceremony.  Since there is so much greenery and florals that surround the sunken garden, a simple birch arch with soft florals is the perfect addition to complete the look.

Dinner and dancing was shortly followed under the white tent in the back yard.  Simple draping and bistro lighting created a beautiful glow under the tent throughout the evening.

Scott, who is active duty in the military, organized the “Missing Man” table at the reception to honor those military members who have fallen, are missing or are imprisoned.

This was such a fun group – we are so honored to have been part of Megan and Scott’s heartfelt wedding!

xx Maura
