Wow, does time fly! It feels like yesterday that I met newly engaged couple, Andrea + Rory. They were in town from Chicago visiting venues for their big day. When we first sat down to talk about the vision for their wedding they were adamant that they wanted it to be classic with a bit of vintage-inspired decor.

Andrea started her day at The Westin with her main girls drinking mimosas, listening to music and of course, posing in their new floral robes ..

Once it was time to get dressed, Andrea looked sweet as can be in her floral headpiece by Two Little Buds.  Meanwhile, her precious niece just couldn’t get enough of her favorite Aunt’s bridal gown ..

March 12th, 2016 was literally the PERFECT day – mid 70’s and partly sunny … we could not have asked for a better day for a wedding!  How fun is this bridal party?

I loved the look of the bridal party – the guys in classic black tuxes and the girls in mis-matched dresses in the same color palate – don’t they look fabulous?

Before walking down the aisle at Holy Cross Immaculata Church in Mt. Adams, Andrea shared a first look with her Father.  If you are a bride-to-be thinking about doing this before your ceremony, do it … it is such a special moment.

Andrea and Rory’s reception took place at The American Sign Museum.  The guest tables had a mix of dainty florals and lanterns which worked perfectly with the decor of the American Sign Museum.  The vintage inspired cakes were provided by Happy Chicks Bakery (the cakes were not only adorable and delicious .. they were also vegan!).

Nemar Maize with Maize Music kept the party going from the first dance until the lights turned on at the end of the night. This was definitely a fun crowd!!

Andrea + Rory … we wish you a lifetime of happiness and joy.  THANK YOU for allowing CWBM to be party of this beautiful journey with you.

xoxo Maura
